  • 1 handful handfull fresh mint
  • 1 Lemon (in slices)
  • 1 handful handfull fresh blueberries

This homemade iced tea is the perfect accompaniment to your Easter menu – light, fruity and wonderfully refreshing. The cold brewing process ensures that the flavors remain particularly mild and harmonious.

💡 Tip: Prepare the tea the day before – that way you’ll have a ready-made, cool drink on the day of the party!

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea in cold water for 24 hours in the refrigerator - this ensures a particularly fine aroma without bitter substances.
  2. Add the mint, lemon slices and blueberries to the finished tea. Stir everything well, top up with ice cubes if necessary - and enjoy ice cold!
