- 400 g Silken tofu
- 80 g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- Tonka bean or vanilla
Decoration
- vegan whipped cream
- Mini waffles
- Chocolate (grated)
- Almond butter
- Orange peel (grated)
A dessert like a hug: tender, fluffy and heavenly sweet. “Wolke 7” is a vegan mousse made from silken tofu and white chocolate – quick to make, refined in taste and ideal for preparing.
💡 Tip: It’s best to chill overnight – this makes the consistency even silkier and more intense!

Instructions
Melting chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate carefully in a pan or in a bain-marie.
- Drain the silken tofu and place in a blender with the melted chocolate, agave syrup and tonka/vanilla. Puree everything to a smooth cream.
- Fill the mixture into glasses or small dessert bowls. Chill for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
- Decorate with whipped cream, wafers, chocolate shavings or a dollop of almond butter - and enjoy on cloud nine!
