Mousse

  • 400 g Silken tofu
  • 80 g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  • Tonka bean or vanilla

Decoration

A dessert like a hug: tender, fluffy and heavenly sweet. “Wolke 7” is a vegan mousse made from silken tofu and white chocolate – quick to make, refined in taste and ideal for preparing.

💡 Tip: It’s best to chill overnight – this makes the consistency even silkier and more intense!

Instructions

Melting chocolate

  1. Melt the white chocolate carefully in a pan or in a bain-marie.
  2. Mix mousse

  3. Drain the silken tofu and place in a blender with the melted chocolate, agave syrup and tonka/vanilla. Puree everything to a smooth cream.
  4. Cooling

  5. Fill the mixture into glasses or small dessert bowls. Chill for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  6. Decorating & serving

  7. Decorate with whipped cream, wafers, chocolate shavings or a dollop of almond butter - and enjoy on cloud nine!
